BIO: Ramsey grew up in Hingham and graduated from Hingham High School in 1988. He graduated from Northeastern University in 1994 with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice. Before joining the Hingham police force, he got experience working co-op jobs in the Cambridge and Dover police departments. He has been married to his wife, Kim, for five years and has a 2-year-old son, Aidan.
What did you want to be when you were a kid? A police officer
What would you have been if not a police officer? I can't think of doing anything else. It's what I always wanted to do.
