BIO: Douglass grew up in Kingston and graduated from Silver Lake Regional High School in 1982. He graduated from Massasoit Community College in 1988 and is working on a bachelor’s degree in fire safety and public administration from Salem State College. He lives in Kingston.
What did you want to be when you were a kid? Firefighter
What would you have been if not a firefighter? Physician or nurse
Best advice you ever got: "Always do your best.''

What do you do in your time off? Gardening, woodworking and riding ATVs.
