“I’m pretty conscientious.”
“When I was a kid, I thought I was going to be a lawyer... My mother always said when I was little that I was great at arguing with her.”
“I’d say first and foremost comes family, but I love my job. As hard as the night shift is on your family life and your mental well-being, I still love going into work every night.”

Best advice you ever got: “No matter what call you go on, try to take it as far as you can take it... Whether you go on a smashed-mailbox call or someone’s breaking into a house, you want to put the same effort into every call that you go on.”
