BIO: Milne grew up in Quincy and graduated from Quincy Vocational Technical High School in 1985. He graduated from the Massachusetts Fire Academy in 2001. Milne has been married for 18 years. He and his wife, Debra, have three boys, Alexander, 12, William, 8, and John, 5. He has lived in Norwell since 1994.

What did you want to be when you were a kid? A firefighter

What would you have been if not a firefighter? A carpenter
