BIO: Fogg grew up in Middleboro and graduated from Middleboro High School in 1998. He has an associate's degree in fire science from Massasoit Community College and is a certified EMT and paramedic. He was hired as a full-time Abington firefighter-paramedic in 2004. He has helped the department apply for grants for equipment upgrades. He is pursuing a bachelor's degree in fire science at Anna Maria College's Duxbury campus. He is single and lives in Braintree.

What did you want to be when you were a kid?"I have always wanted to be a firefighter."

What would you have been if not a firefighter? "A carpenter."

Best advice you ever got: "Never give up and always give 100 percent in all that you do."

Person who gave it to you: "My parents."

What do you do in your spare time? "I enjoy camping, mountain biking, any outdoor activity and spending time with friends and family."
