Proudest Accomplishments
Taking the initiative to open my own business and learning how to balance a career that I love while raising three children. It has been a rewarding experience and I have learned a lot about myself, my strengths, my weaknesses and my drive to succeed.
Perfect Day
Spending an entire day at Duxbury Beach with my husband of 19 years and my two teenage daughters and 11-year-old son. Sitting and sunbathing, and having something from the snack bar. No radio, no books, no magazines – just the good company of my family.
Looking Forward
Continuing to help young girls take pride in who they are and what makes them uniquely beautiful. I already have a Fashion Focus program at the Hingham Community Center (in addition to the Pembroke studio) and I want to get into other towns to help as many girls as I can. Girls need to learn that real beauty comes from inside.
Pass it on
I try to teach girls the importance of being a role model and that helping others is an essential component of inner beauty. I also believe that women should take time to nurture themselves. Take time for the things that nurture you, and the positive energy you feel will let you nurture and feed others.
