Perfect Day
I had a perfect day here in Massachusetts last summer. I rode the Cape rail trail for about 20 miles, drove over to Sundae School (in Dennisport) and ate an outstanding ice cream sundae with fresh strawberries and homemade whipped cream. I then drove across the canal and stopped at a ‘shack’ overlooking the canal and feasted on fried clams. As you can see, a favorite day for me includes a combination of exercise, rewarded by some intense eating!

Looking Forward
In the short term, I am excited about a trip that I am taking with friends to southern Spain. In the long term, I’m looking forward to continuing to work with the faculty at Bridgewater State College to create a strong program of support for small business owners and entrepreneurs in the area. I also look forward to sustaining connections that I have built with women business owners on the South Shore.

Pass it on
Friends gave me a desk set with an inspirational quote from Henry David Thoreau - “Go confidently in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you’ve imagined.”
